Invenciòn patentada
:
En el año 1990, he inventado una màquina de depuraciòn de humos de betùn; construìda y puesta en servicio en el Junio 1990 à la Bitogum-Colbit de Pomezia (Roma), en el establecimiento en Via Campobello,7; esta màquina saneò el medio ambiente, cuyo aire era contaminado para los vapores de betùn, y esta todavìa marchando, con copias en actividad en todo el mundo.

Invenciòn patentada :
En
el año 1994, he inventado un METODO GENERAL DE DEPURACION DEL
AIRE, MEDIANTE CONDENSACION
TERMO-ATRAIDA, S.P.A.L.I.C. (Sistema
de Purificaciòn Aire à Lavado InterComprimido)
de vapores
sobre las partìculas
contaminantes, que llegan asì a ser encerradas, cada una en una gota lìquida,
y hechas caèr, restàndolas
de tal modo, desde la corriente de aire procesado.
(Està pendiente
la patente Europea).
En el año 1998 he construìdo
un protòtipo de esta segunda
invenciòn, de
la cual he
enviado à
la Oficina Europea
Patentes, dos
certificados sobre sus
prestaciones, de los cuales el primero sobre el humo de una torrefacciòn
de café, y el segundo sobre el humo de un incinerador,
las cuales
demonstran claramente
la superioridad
de mi
tecnologia y
los anticuados
sistemas utilizados para los

peligrosos por la salud y la securidad de los trabajadores sobre el lugar de
trabajo, (Normas

tambien por la SALUD PUBLICA

My mètodo permite de
CAPTURAR CADA
MOLECULA DE

BIATOMICOS (COMO ES EL AIRE), ademàs a cada partìcula
de polvo
subtil, sòlida
o lìquida
(compresos los
viruses y los pòlenes), que constituyen
la prioridàd generàl mundiàl, y
que hasta hoy
he capturado
hasta el
92% de los polvos totales,
con mi primero prototipo rudimentario,
que puedo pero facilmente mejorar hasta alcanzar a remover del humo,
màs del 99% de polvos totales, gracias à la ingenierìa intrìnseca
del sistema, de una gota producta alrededor
de cada partìcula o
molecola contaminante).
Como està conocido en todo el mundo, gracias a los documentos publicos
depositados en el Enero 2001 à la Oficina Europea Patentes, èste mi
protòtipo NO TIENE
FILTROS SOBRE LA CORRIENTE
DE AIRE
PROCESADO.
Mi
mètodo, ya abundamente
copiado para firmas de
grupos multinacionales quìmicos y
termotecnicos, afuera de Europa, donde esta protegido,
consente de
separar desde
un flujo de
aire super-contaminado,
todos los gases, vapores y polvos contaminantes, sin esfuerzo, por dejar
pasar aire casi puro, como aquello de montaña.
Eso es posible porque la màquina deja
pasar atravès y salir fuera
una corriente gasosa, hecha solo de gases biatòmicos y vapores de agua.
Los
gases que SPALIC desvìa desde el
flujo gaseoso entrante en la màquina, son en cambio aquellos, que no son
biatomicos, como por ejemplo :

Se sabe en el
mundo, que el gas RADON
esta encerrado en los
yacimientos de carbòn fòsil, en
concentraciòn considerable, hasta el punto que
por pequeñas
y ralas
inclusiones de carbòn en el tufo
de Rignano Flaminio (Roma),
necessitò ordenar la
prohibiciòn del
empleo de este tufo en la
construcciòn de los edificios,
por su
radiactividad dañosa
à la salud.
Y pasar desde un
combustible lìquido, al
empleo del carbòn, en cualquier central de producciòn de energia elèctrica,
comporta por consecuencia de transformar esa
normal central elèctrica en
una central RADIACTIVA, que emite
RADON cancerìgeno.
SPALIC,
calificado para la NASA, como la
B.A.T. con
Emissiòn Cero (Best
Available Technology), es un
método termodinàmico de lavado del
aire, que permite de quitàr desde cada flujo de aire, cualquier
partìcula contaminante, segùn el esquema :

El
ciclo SPALIC,
patentado para mi a

relaziona con la mecànica
clàsica de los
gases, à
la ley de
Boyle y
a las propriedades termodinàmicas de
las partìculas contaminantes sòlidas,
lìquidas y
gaseosas, dispersas
en el
aire.
El ciclo
SPALIC se basa en la
intuiciòn inventiva, y
en el sucesivo re-hallazgo,
que la instantànea
compresiòn/expansiòn de un
gas, no causa un
calentamiento/enfrìamiento homogéneo
de la masa gassosa, sino causa un calentamiento/enfrìamiento heterogéneo y
selectivo de sus componentes.
Por causa de la compresiòn instantànea en efecto, mientras las
particulas aire-dispersas sòlidas
y lìquidas se quedan frìas, porque son incompressibles, aquellas gaseosas se
calentan diversamente entre ellas mismas, y en particolar cada gas poliatòmico
se calenta segundo su caràcteristica termoelàstica constante

A una compresiòn de 150 mm c.a. corresponde
un calentamiento de cerca
1 °C, por el aire, y los gases biatòmicos, pero no dan lo mismo los
gases monatòmicos (se calentan màs), los gases y vapores triatòmicos,
quadriatòmicos, pentatòmicos (se calentan menos), y
los pòlvos (no se calentan por nada), quedàndose como puntos frìos en
la masa gaseosa del aire biatòmico.
Viran
en valores negativos
los saltos de temperatura, en
caso de expansiòn.
Los puntos frìos que se forman en la masa gaseosa en el proceso (son
todas partìculas contaminantes), en numero de millardos por cada metro cubo de
aire, son centros de atracciòn de los vapores condensantes, mas calientes que
ellos, y se vuelven centros de nucleaciòn de las gotas lìquidas, gracias a su
temperatura, que es inferior a aquella de la masa de aire y de vapores
comprimidos instantaneàmente, que se encuentran en su alrededores.
Estos vapores, gracias al ciclo SPALIC, estàn
obligados a condensar instantàneamente,
por efecto del aumento de presiòn y
del enfrìamiento bajo lavado spray.

HISTORIC INTRODUCTION
:
Since
1982 I
have been working
as consultant of
Appeal Court
of Roma,
appointed by the court as
an expert under exclusive
continuous assignment, from 1980
to 1990, with special training
also juridicial, in
the fields of
civil, penal, and
administrative.
Since 1986 my
interests focused on air purification plants,
and on
fine dusts,
and applied for two
Italian patents :
1st patented
Invention :
In 1990,
my invention was a machine for
depuration of air polluted with
asphalt smokes.
The plant was constructed and
became operative in June 1990 at the Bitogum-Colbit
factory in
Pomezia, (Rome) – Italy, Via
Campobello n.7. The
plant has been cleaning the
country removing
from atmosphere
the asphalt
smokes and
vapours, ever since and is
still operative and
all over the
world its
clones are
operative.
2nd patented
Invention :
In the year
1994, the
GENERAL AIR
PURIFICATION METHOD, THROUGH
THERMODRAWN CONDENSATION
I invented, named S.P.A.L.I.C. (Sistema di Purificazione Aria a Lavaggio
InterCompresso), working by vapour-molecule-condensation, onto
colder polluting particles,
which are
so fixed in one
drop, and fallen down,
and shunted
away from processed air
stream. (Italian
patent released;
European Patent
is pending).
In 1998,
a prototype of
the second
invention I
costructed, and
I gave two affidavits
to European Patent
Office in the
January 2001,
and in
the March 2006
to Regione Lazio,
about the
prototype performances,
outcome of
which revealed
much better results
than those
obtained with
ENEL technologies,
being quite obsolete, in regard to
European rules
about Labour
protection and
security at
places of
work. (Rules rules n.89/391/CEE, n.89/654/CEE, n.89/655/CEE, n.89/656/CEE, n.90/270/CEE,
n.90/349/CEE e n.90/679/CEE), as well as protection of public healt regarding
cancer, striking
approx 500
persons each day, only in
Italy, relation 1 :
170 persons in
Europe each
year.
My method allows CAPTURING
ALL GASES, WHICH
ARE NOT
BIATOMIC, besides
fine dusts,
of course,
which are
an overall priority
in all
the world.
Up untill now
this method captured
up 92%
of the total
dusts (outlook and
aim is to arrive beyond at 99%+,
thanks to
intrinsic engineering
of the system, of
a drop
for each
pollutant particle).
As it
is known, this prototype HAS
NO FILTERS
IN GASEOUS
STREAMS.
My method separates
from a
very polluted air
stream, all gases
and pollutant
dusts, to
blow out almost as
clean as mountain
air, also
if the inlet is
polluted air,
because passed the separation
of any single
particle from
the principal
flow, emit
in output
the sole
BIATOMIC GASES,
as Oxigen
and Nitrogen.
Those gases,
which SPALIC
shutting from
the principal
gaseous flow
inleting in the
machine, are
instead those
not biatomic,
as for example :

MONOATOMIC GASES, as RADON
(radioactive and carcinogenic), Argon, Neon, etc...

TRIATOMIC GASES,
as Carbonic Dioxide, Sulphurous-Sulphuric Dioxide,

Each type of gas, has to be
led into a proper gas
cylinder, or other selling
systems, to
avoid dispersions into
atmosphere.

RADON
AND ELECTRIC
POWER GENERATION :
It is
well known that RADON gas
is normally imprisoned
into fossil
coal seams,
in considerable concentration, so much that
for the
ordinary and
sparse coal
inclusions in
the tuff
of Rignano Flaminio (near
Rome-Italy), the
authorities have
forbidden the
selling and
the utilizations of this
tuff, to
avoid health
damages from the
carcinogenic radioactivity.
Under
these conditions,
it is
logic consequence
that the
change of
the fuel from
oil to
coal, in
an electric
combustion power
unit, WILL TRANSFORM SAID UNIT
IN A
RADIOACTIVE UNIT,
very dangerous
for health,
about as
an atomic
power unit.
SPALIC, named
by NASA,
as the Zero Emissions
B.A.T. (Best Available Technology), is
an air washing thermodynamic method,
which allows
to remove
from any
air flow,
all gases
and all polluing
particles, including
the famous
fine dusts,
which are
carcinogenic, as
the flow
diagram :

The
SPALIC cycle, patented by me in Rome on
October, 25-1994, is
continuing with the
classical mechanics of gases,
with the
Boyle rule, and
with the thermodynamic
properties of the solid, liquid,
and gaseous
polluting particles, air dispersed.
The SPALIC cycle is
based on the
inventive intuition,
and the
next re-discovery, that the
instantaneous compression/expansion of
a gas,
produces no homogeneous warming/cooling of
gaseous mass, but
yield an heterogeneous and
selective warming/cooling, of unlike
each other components of gaseous
mass.
Owing to instant compression
actually, while
the air
solid and liquid
dispersed particles
cold remaining,
those gaseous
warming differently
between each other,
and in particular each
polyatomic gas warms up depending on its
thermoelastic constant

the ratio between the
specific heats, with constant
pressure and
volume, respectively,
according to the
politropic – adiabatic
law :

To a
compression of
150 mm w.c., it corresponds
a warming
up of
about 1 °C, for the air,
and the biatomic gases, but isn’t like the behaviour of monatomic gases (warm
up more), of gases and vapors triatomic,
quadriatomic, pentatomic (warm up less), and
the dusts (don’t warm up), remaining as cold points in
the gaseous
mass of
biatomic air.
Jumps of
negative values
the air
temperature , in the case of instantaneous
expansion.
The cold
points, which borning
in the gaseous mass
(they are all polluting particles),
by the billions in each
cubic meter
of processing
air, are
centers of pulling
of condensing
vapors.
The
vapors are more warms than
said points, which becoming centers
of nucleation
of liquid
drops, due
to their
temperature, lower than
those of
air mass
and vapors,
placed surrounding
them.
Said vapors,
due to SPALIC cycle, instantly
must condense, under
increasing pressure
and air
flow refreshing
by spray
washing.
